"I have been with this State Farm office since 2019. It has been great but recently my experiences had been worse. I don’t know if I should attribute these to this specific agent office or State Farm Corporate - but from a customer’s perspective I’m writing regarding my experience with them as a whole entity: *the agent informed me a short term disability policy which requires a small amount of premium that allows bigger mount or savings on my auto insurance, totally a net price reduction. While I appreciate them letting me know of this, but since it was not introduced just recently, why was I only notified until recently? Had they checked with me earlier I could have saved more. *I changed a vehicle in early June but the policy change still is pending now after one and half month. This is too long of a wait. While they started my short term disability policy, that took effect immediately (raising premium, of course). But now I am still paying my old policy premium which is higher than my new vehicle premium. They may refund it eventually but it is a hassle to keep following up on something that’s supposed to be simple and straightforward. Bad experience."
