What You'll Do
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and helping grow the agency through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities include
  • Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, referrals, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations with prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Educate customers on available products and coverage options
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency growth goals
  • Track daily activity and maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow agency procedures and all state insurance regulations
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, self-motivated, and enjoys working with people. Insurance experience is helpful, but we value attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn just as much.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and consistently follow up on leads
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or administrative support is preferred
  • Ability to obtain the required state insurance licenses (P&C & L&H)
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required
